Our office is an Acceptance Facility for Passports. We are able to take your Passport photo, have appropriate forms available for your Passport needs.

Marriage License

Marriage licenses are issued in the County Clerk’s office. Both individuals must appear together. The license is valid for 30 days from the date of issuance and the license fee is non-refundable. The license must be used within the State of Kentucky. You must be a minimum of 18 years of age to be married in Kentucky. Documents allowed for verifying age: State Driver's License or ID, State Birth Record, Passport, or other government record of age. See KRS 402.210 for more information.

Notary Public

Please pick up an application in the county you reside or where your primary place of employment is located or complete an application online. Please click on the link below for information regarding Notary Public guidelines.

Disabled Placards

Please print the form below and have your physician complete the required sections. The first placard is free of charge. A second placard is $10.00. The person applying needs to be present in case we need to notarize their signature on the form.
